Do you accept returns?
We accept returns if the product is unopened, sealed and in its original packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we only ship within the UK. However we are working on providing the option to ship internationally so stay tuned!
Why are the supplements you sell more expensive than other supplements?
1. Because of the costs to have the products shipped from the US/Rest of the world to the UK.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped using 1st class signed for by Royal Mail , which aims to deliver the next working day.
What if I want to cancel my order?
No problem! Just send us a message and we'll cancel your order*. We will let you know that your order has been cancelled and refunded.
Are shipping fee's refundable if I need to return something?
Unfortunately no. If you need to return your order for whatever reason, we are only able to refund the price of the product(s) ordered, not the shipping cost. You will also need to pay for the item to be sent back to us.
I've been sent an incorrect product, how do I resolve this?
If you placed an order and received the wrong product, let us know and we will get the right product sent out to you the next day! We do kindly ask that you return the incorrect product back to us (which we will cover the cost of), and for the inconvenience caused you will receive a discount on your next order.
Do you do discounts for bulk orders?
At this time we cannot provide discount for bulk orders. If you would like to place a large order of more than 12 units, please email us at email@example.com
The product arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?
Yes absolutely. Just send us a picture of the damaged item and we will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible. We will then review our packaging procedure to make sure this does not happen again. If the parcel was damaged in transit by the delivery company used we will file a claim.
