Do you accept returns?

We accept returns if the product is unopened, sealed and in its original packaging. ​ "What if I opened the product and no longer need it or am unable to use it, for example if my doctor has told me not to?" Unfortunately, we cannot accept any product that has been opened. ​"What if I want to send the product back but it has not been opened?" That is absolutely fine to return. However we cannot cover the cost of postage for the return. Once we have recieved the product, we will refund the cost of the product only.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please see our shipping and returns page to find out which countries we ship to. At the checkout, simply select your country and fill out your address, then select International Tracked & Signed (£9.99) If you're not able to place an order it may be that we don't ship to your country. If this is the case, please send us an email and we can try to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Why are the supplements you sell more expensive than other supplements?

1. Because of the costs to have the products shipped from the US/Rest of the world to the UK. 2. All of the products sold here are of only high quality and high potency, making them more expensive than other more 'mainstream' supplements.

How long will it take to receive my order?

UK ORDERS: All orders are shipped using 1st class signed for by Royal Mail , which aims to deliver the next working day. If you have placed your order before 7pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day. If you placed an order AFTER 7pm, your order will be dispatched in 2 working days. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, which aimes to deliver within 3-5 working days (Europe) and 5-7 working days (Rest of the world).

What if I want to cancel my order?

No problem! Just send us a message and we'll cancel your order*. We will let you know that your order has been cancelled and refunded. *Please be aware that if you placed an order before 2pm, you will need to email BEFORE 2pm for us to cancel your order. If you email AFTER 2pm then your parcel is likely to have already been dispatched. As we pride ourselves on a speedy shipping service, orders are dispatched as soon as possible. In the event your order has already been shipped and we were not able to cancel your order in time, you are able to send back your order but we cannot yet cover the postage (as we are only a small business and cannot yet cover the expense).

Are shipping fee's refundable if I need to return something?

Unfortunately no. If you need to return your order for whatever reason, we are only able to refund the price of the product(s) ordered, not the shipping cost. You will also need to pay for the item to be sent back to us. If we sent out the wrong product by mistake and ask you to return it, we will cover the cost of this.

I've been sent an incorrect product, how do I resolve this?

If you placed an order and received the wrong product, let us know and we will get the right product sent out to you the next day! We do kindly ask that you return the incorrect product back to us (which we will cover the cost of), and for the inconvenience caused you will receive a discount on your next order.

Do you do discounts for bulk orders?

At this time we cannot provide discount for bulk orders. If you would like to place a large order of more than 12 units, please email us at

The product arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?

Yes absolutely. Just send us a picture of the damaged item and we will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible. We will then review our packaging procedure to make sure this does not happen again. If the parcel was damaged in transit by the delivery company used we will file a claim.
